To refill your pens, please pull out the gold *PEN-TIP* end from the body of your pen (the first time can be a little difficult--if so, using a rubbery gripper helps TREMENDOUSLY to pull the tip out [I used the back of a mousepad]). From there, unscrew the little black end of the empty pen refill from the tip of your pen, and screw in your new replacement. Then simply pop the pen-tip back into your pen.
