SHIPPING&TRANSIT TIMES
— We ship using USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated transit time is 2-5 business days. This is an estimation only. We do not guarantee delivery estimates, as we have no control over transit times.
— A package is considered lost if no update has been made for several days, it is not uncommon for tracking to be delayed in updating (especially during high volume times such as the holiday season).
— Damaged items need to be reported to us with photographs within 14 days of receipt. We will replace any damaged items if we are notified within the 14 days timeframe.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
— Badge reels can break if knocked against hard surfaces or dropped, so please be gentle.
— Avoid leaving your badge reel in hot places such as your vehicle. Prolonged exposure to the heat could damage the acrylic.
— To clean your badge reel, use a soft damp cloth with mild soap and wipe gently. Do not use alcohol or bleach to clean.
— The max weight a standard badge reel should hold is 2 oz. Having multiple ID’s or other items on your badge reel will cause strain on the nylon cord and will over time cause it to malfunction.

— We DO NOT accept returns or refunds ANY orders, especially personalized orders because we cannot resell these.
